The following entry in Purrsday Poetry comes from Rehana Perveen:
It broke my heart to see
Your skin ripped off by a fox,
The wound was large and deep.
I patted on termeric powder
Over the grusome wound gently,
I had your image in my prayers to keep.
You came to eat limping
Continued on your territorial walks,
Teaching me bravery and patience.
We sat next to each other
Under the moom light after supper,
Still praising the lord in silence.
