FRIDAY ART CAT

“The Scottish Fold”
According to Wikipedia, the Scottish Fold is a breed of domestic cat with a natural dominant-gene mutation that affects cartilage throughout the body, causing the ears to “fold”, bending forward and down towards the front of the head, which gives the cat what is often described as an “owl-like” appearance.
I love them – what do you think?

I love the eyes on your drawing! I also think Scottish fold cats are adorable (they are very popular in East Asia), though I understand that the condition that causes the ears to fold forward also creates health problems for the cat. It might explain why I haven’t seen many Scottish folds in the US.
