We’re both cat crazy. Our aim was simple, we wanted to help cats in need and raise money for the amazing work of International Cat Care. So how are we doing it?
We established Completely Cats and published a book of short stories.
Endorsed by Lord Guy Black, a patron of the charity, this treasure is packed with tales to amuse, amaze and even cause a tear to fall. Paperback and eBook versions are now being sold worldwide via Amazon, and we have pledged funds from sales to International Cat Care.

Cats can definitely be trained! It works best to do it when they are in the middle of trying to train you. Without particular effort, my girl learned to sit and lie down on command, throw mice, and play the “noseboop game.” Another cat of mine would leap into my arms on request, and I have known two cats who would play fetch.
Cats will work for treats, although they will fight you in the beginning! My cats do high five, jump up, walk, and only Merlin will sit (that took forever). At the ages of 4 and 6 years old, I was able to have them wear a harness and leash to go outside; granted, it wasn’t an overnight process. This year they both learned how to eat dry food out of a toy to avoid binge eating. The key to training a cat is consistency and patience, just like they train us, purr.

One of our cats can play fetch for hours… I get tired of it before she does. ?

🙂
Colette, Simone and even Balzac, who hasn’t been here long, are ell excellent when it comes to training. They meow and the human obeys.
