Book Review: Buckingham “Feline Healing” by John Schroeder

Hi everyone,

Today we are taking a look at a book from an unusual source! John Schroeder who is probably better known for being a music composer has sat down and wrote this wonderful cat book.

buckingham

About the book:

Music producer John Schroeders latest book explores the therapeutic powers of the cat.

This gentle novel is not your run of the mill cat book, instead it is a story all about the calming powers of cats and how they can positively affect human lives. It is an entertaining mixture of fantasy and reality.

Cats have always been in and out of my life in one way or another providing love and support when I needed it most. At one time I found myself living with eleven of them! observes John. By chance I discovered the amazing healing power of the cat when one of my mothers pets developed an unusual relationship with my father, who was sadly both deaf and blind.

Buckingham was big, Buckingham was beautiful and the day he found his way into Angela Tillsworthys life, neither she nor he were to ever look back. Surprisingly Angela was soon to discover that Buckingham possessed some extraordinary therapeutic powers, which were to ultimately affect a lot of peoples lives…

I’m certain that John appreciated your reviewing his book. Thank you for that.

It is with heavy heart that I pass the news to you and, hopefully, his fans, that John passed away on Jan 31, 2017.
