I would have come to have a play with you but I am so far away and can only look and adore you from afar.
Nubia, my cat Sunshine wants to go out all the time- I let him go out today for a bit and he ran under my neighbour’s car- it was difficult to get him out.Please advise on what I should do when he cries to be let out every so often.

First off, don’t give in, it just feeds the fire. Have lots of toys for him, and switch them out regularly, so he won’t have time to get bored with them. Have a pot of grass for him to chew on…you can dig a chunk out of the lawn and replace it as necessary. Give him a comfortable place to hang out, preferably in a sunny window.

Thank you, Nubia- thank you Oliver. I am glad you said, don’t give in. I give him fresh grass each day, from the lawn outside but the grass is drying up now with no rains. I will sow some wheat seeds to give him fresh wheat grass.

You can get grass pre grown in pots in many pet shops and sometimes supermarkets depending on the country you are in. They also sell sets to grow your own. 🙂

Aw! Thank you! She’s a miracle girl. Only two kittens out of the litter, only her and her sister, made it. She’s somewhat of a genetic mess and is the most precious thing there ever was!

Blossum would chase you around thinking you were her sister Petals and then she’d think, “OH NO! There are two Petals”. But then she’d welcome you at nap time because they snuggle in a pile at nap time. Which is a lot of the time.
