Hello everyone,
It’s Nubia here! We managed to convince our humans that we need to get these boxes more often so today we are looking at what we had in our October box! 😀
But come on human will you open it for me already?!?
Nubia: I guess I shall have to try this on my own…
Nubia: Maybe this way? No… I need help of someone with opposable thumbs!
Nubia: AT LAST!!!! Let’s see what’s in here. 😀
Oliver: Out of my way!
Nubia: So rude…
Oliver: Hmmmm, Yes i will have the toy…
Nubia: Not the toy!!!!
Nubia: If you mean this one…
Nubia: I am afraid it shall be mine!!!!
Oliver: That much about who is rude. 🙁
Nubia: And don’t forget to tell your human to keep the box as it’s even more fun afterwards haha!
Time to assemble one of the toys… 😀
After many hours of exploring our two were finally tired out and Nubia decided that the box has other perfect uses rather than sending stuff in it. 😉
For those that haven’t seen it before there is also a video of how Oli once tried to unpack it!
So the content of the August box were the following 5 items. We researched these on the internet to check if this box truly is good value:
Laser Toy by Ethical Products – Cheapest we found £3.34
Chicken’N Fish by Filous -We were not able to find this one elsewhere!
Salmon Cream by Trixie – Cheapest we found £1.49
Catgrass by Camo – Cheapest we found £3.56
Waterless Shampoo – Nilaqua – Cheapest we found online £8.28
Dagonfly toy by Ethical Products – Cheapest we found £3.87
Bio (organic) cat food by Equilibre & Instinct – Cheapest we found £1.29
Total value: £21.83 (Excluding the snack we couldn’t find! So assuming that the snack is at least £1.50 would make it a total value of £23.33)
We weren’t able to find all of the items from the same shop so more than likely you would have ended up paying significantly extra for postage from a variety of shops or paid slightly more than the above price to get it from your local pet shop.
So let us look at their general subscription prices:
As you can see even if you choose to pay monthly you would have saved £3.43 versus buying each item separately and that doesn’t even take into consideration that free postage is included! Or if you are happy to go for a yearly plan the savings would be £7.43 (And far more important a BOX for your cat to PLAY with 😉 ) So for those of you that don’t want the hassle of choosing, get a surprise every month AND save money versus buying the contents separately this is the purrfect choice!
What’s even better we managed to secure a 25% discount for your! Just enter blg7kp2e at checkout. This even works on the yearly plan make it even better value!
